SPRINGS

We, at Sri Laxmi Springs manufactures springs of all sizes and shapes. Our machines can produce springs of wire diameter up to 4mm. There are no limits to the length. We make high-quality springs as per customer specification.

COMPRESSION SPRING

Spring with static and dynamic load requirements are manufactured with spring steel wire and stainless steel wire. Our current capacity can manufacture the compression springs range from Ø 0.5 mm to 4.0 mm. We are also capable to manufacture cylindrical, conical and barrel shape springs.

TENSION/EXTENSION SPRING

Extension springs are commonly used in machineries, automobile and home appliances, used for creating resistance against linear tension forces or pulling forces. We have capacity to manufacture tension springs with different hooks and shapes as per customer's requirement. We manufacture based on your unique drawing. We can also manufacture tension springs for you based on your applications to suit the specific purposes of any load requirement.

WIRE FORMS

The primary purpose of the wire form spring is to flex in and then snap back out. The familiar cotter pin is a typical example of a wire form. Wire forms are most commonly used as fastening mechanisms, or clips, in machinery of every variation. These clips hold parts securely in place, but are easily removed when maintenance or adjustment is required. We manufacture the range of wires forms in various specifications, which can also be a customized as per the client's requirements.

TORSION SPRING

Torsion spring stores or exerts a mechanical energy when twisted. Any type of bend or complex shapes can be formed in spring as per customer requirement. When required higher force, double torsion spring can be used for even distribution of torque. Torsion spring ranges from Ø 1.0mm to Ø 5.0mm.
